Filter sheets

Amafilter can offer a wide range of high performance filter sheets for various markets and applications, which have been designed to meet the customer needs.

Typical applications:

Food & beverage, pharmaceutical intermediates, fine chemicals, activated carbon & catalyst recovery, bulk chemicals, cosmetics as well as support for filtration utilising filter aids.

The Amafilter PF filter sheets are made from high quality bleached cellulose with wet strength resin. Depending on the grade additional filter materials are contained in the sheets. All Amafilter PF filter sheets are suitable for food and beverage applications, they fulfill FDA and other requirements.

Amafilter PF filter sheet range:

PFP / PFC / PFS: filter sheets containing additional filter aids for prefiltration, clarification and sterilisation.

PFG: filter sheets similar to PFP / PFC / PFS range, but with a higher solids loading capacity due to thicker matrix.

PFW: washable filter sheets made from cellulose. Mainly used together with precoat.

PFA: filter sheets containing activated carbon.

PFU: filter sheets made from pure cellulose for high viscosity liquids and for applications where controlled absorption and emission is needed.

PFT: thin filter sheets made from pure cellulose
